Frozen

Family Friendliness

My Personal Review

“Hi, I’m Olaf, and I like warm hugs!”

Introduction

I’m going to come out and say it right in the introduction. This movie is very family friendly. It would be a great movie for the entire family to watch for a family movie night. There are very few problems with it, and the music is very catchy.

Anna and Elsa are sisters who loved to spend time with each other. They played all together and had fun. That was until Elsa struck Anna with her powers that she had gained. This made Elsa stay away from Anna, which made Anna wonder why Elsa isn’t playing with her anymore. Will Anna find out, and at what cost?

Ripe Apples

Elsa and Anna are very close when they are kids, but as they grow, Elsa grows away from Anna. She does this to protect her sister from her powers. This is considerate, but she doesn’t tell Anna she is doing this.

Another man by the name of Kristoff helps Anna find her sister. He even leaves his ice business to help her. One person sacrifices her life.

This movie has no language that is worth noting. There also is no drug content.

Rotten Apples

There is little wrong with this movie. We see in the beginning that Anna has a problem with true love. She gets herself engaged to a guy after just meeting him in a boat! Speaking of which, on the boat, they save her from falling but a horse lets go of his hold on the boat, plunging Hans on top of Anna, indicating sex, which they aren’t doing. Then the horse pushes back down, plunging Anna on Hans, indicating sex, which they aren’t doing, again.

Some of Elsa’s powers are violent, people are shot icicles at and others are attacked by snow creatures. People refer to her as a sorcerer.

Kristoff has some friends who are trolls who he brings Anna to meet. The trolls are very inappropriate and they tell Kristoff to take off his clothes, which he refuses. Later, they say that he only likes to tinkle in the woods.

Conclusion

This movie is great for kids and adults. It has many good lessons such as the lessons of true love and family is important. There are a few sexual jokes that kids might not pick up on, but adults will. Other than those few problems. Enjoy watching Frozen and let us know what you thought in the comments.
