Disney+: What to Expect













Disney Plus is one of the latest streaming services that are being talked about in this day and age. It is going to be a video streaming service like Netflix, but with it’s own content. Disney is going to make it’s own television shows and put some of it’s most popular movies available for streaming just months after it’s digital release. Disney+ is scheduled to release on November 12, 2019.

TV Shows coming to Disney+

Disney is going to make many of it’s own TV shows available for streaming instantly. Many Marvel TV shows that link up to the MCU will be introduced. They will be available to stream soon after the stream service’s launch. Here are some of the Marvel TV shows that are coming soon.

Falcon and the Winter Soldier– Available in Fall 2020

Falcon and the Winter Soldier will team up and fight against one of Captain America’s old foes, known as Baron Zemo.

WandaVision- Available in Spring 2021

Wanda and Vision will return in their own television show. Not much as been revealed about the plot at his time.

Loki– Available in Spring 2021

Loki will return in his own television series, but not much is known about what will happen in this TV show.

Other Marvel TV shows such as Ms. Marvel and Hawkeye, but those are the ones I want to focus on.


There are also some other TV shows coming out very soon, here is a list of some of them.

The Mandalorian- Available on November 12, 2019.

The Mandalorian is a Star Wars television series based on a lone gunfighter who is set in the outer part of a galaxy.

There also is a Obi-Wan television series that is in discussion, but nothing more about the television series has been said.

Over 500 movies are going to be available at the launch of Disney+. Here are a list of some of them.

  • Captain Marvel
  • Thor: The Dark World
  • Iron Man
  • Iron Man 3
  • All the Star Wars movies from the first two trilogies (the original and the prequels
  • The Force Awakens
  • Rogue One
  • All the Pixar movies (except Toy Story 4)
  • Lady and Tramp
